Magda Apanowicz

Magda Apanowicz (born on November 8, 1985 height 5' 3" (1,60 meters)) is an Canadian actress, best known for her roles as Andy Jensen on the TV show Kyle XY and Lacy Rand on the show Caprica. Apanowicz has a Polish of descent, lived for an entire year in Poland as a 9th grader. Her education was at her school, the Vancouver Film School. Her interest in acting began when she was 10 years old, after her brother introduced her to Pulp Fiction. Her acting career started in 2002 when she made an appearance on Jeremiah And John Doe. From 2007 until 2009, she played Andy Jensen on Kyle XY. In 2008, her film Every Second Counts was a Hallmark Channel exclusive. As of 2009, Apanowicz was cast as Lacy Rand who was a regular in the drama television series Caprica along with Eric Stoltz. The actress later appeared on Hellcats. in 2012 she starred for the first season of Jane Espenson-scripted web series Husbands. Apanowicz was first seen on Continuum as Emily from 2013 onwards.
